In 2012 lead specialists of Insight proceeded to the development of domestic software and hardware complex Automated Facility Safety Monitoring System (PTK SAMBA) with dedicated software Engineering Structures and Systems Monitoring Software. In December 2015 OOO EA Insight which belongs to Orgneftekhim-Holding group of companies obtained Certificate of conformity of PTK SAMBA to technical requirements to Engineering Systems Monitoring hardware and software to be interfaced with Russian System of Prevention and Response to ES.
This certificate is the final stage in completing the package of permission documentation for hardware and software certified as systems providing the functions of structured systems of buildings and facilities monitoring and engineering systems control. At the moment PTK SAMBA has available documentary and practical evidence of the fact that it can be interfaced with hardware and software system installed at Emergency Management Authorities.

According to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dd. 30.12.2009 no. 384-ФЗ Technical Regulations on Safety of Buildings and Structures and GOST R 22.1.12-2005 Safety in Emergency Situations. Structured System of Buildings and Facilities Monitoring and Engineering Systems Control. General requirements. All places of public resort, hazardous facilities, unique facilities and technically complex facilities are obliged to be equipped with automated system of process monitoring, monitoring of equipment operation processes for the purpose of forecasting and defining emergency situations, fires, terrorist act and informing the forecast and occurrence of such facts to Emergency Management Authorities responsible for Russian System of Prevention and Response to ES.
