In pursuance of Federal Law No.7 dated 10.01.2002 “On Protection of the Environment” and in accordance with the Resolution No. 771 dated 26.05.2015 of the Head of Severskiy Region Municipal Formation, OOO ONH-Holding informs citizens and organization of the Severskiy Region on commencement of public debates on 08.06.2015 with respect to assessment of environmental impact by envisaged business activities on production expansion at OOO Afipsky Refinery. Concerned citizens and nonprofit organizations are afforded an opportunity to contact design documentation developers with questions, comments and suggestions on the merits of developed materials. Comments and suggestions shall be accepted in writing (in EIA materials placement) and in electronic form at: gos@onh-project.org, info@npknh.ru.
In accordance to public debate findings, public hearings will be held on 26.06.2015 at 02:00 p.m. at: Large hall, Community Center, bld.2, Pobeda str., Afipsky township, Seversky Region, Krasnodar Krai.
