A unique unit to produce bio-oil from organic wastes has been constructed in Tatarstan.
In our own assembly shop OOO “ONH-Stroy”, OOO “ONH-Holding” have manufactured and test-assembled the first Russian modular movable fast pyrolysis unit FP-50, to convert biomass into bio-oil (a feedstock component to produce 2nd Generation [2G] bio-fuels) and bio-char (a highly environment-friendly fine char coal to be used as a fertilizer component and a soil enhancer). The technology was licensed by ABRI-Tech (Canada).
As of now, the unit has been reassembled on the production site in Aktube, Aznakaevo rayon, Tatarstan, Russia.
After the FP-50 is up and running, the emitted heat is to be used for heating a greenhouse, where, among other things, tree seedlings will be grown for reforestation of Tatarstan.
