Diesel Fraction Hydrotreater Erection

In accordance with the schedule, Diesel Fraction Hydrotreater Reactor R0102 has been erected at Middle Distillates Hydrotreating Unit, Section 1502, of PJCS Tatneft Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Nizhnekamsk. Reactor weight is 771 tons, height 48.6 m and diameter 5.9 m. Manufacturing plant is Izhorskiye Zavody.

Contractor OOO SOP&G was involved in the reactor erection. The erection started at 6.30 a.m. and finished at 10.00 a.m. During the erection, 2 cranes were used. Lifting capacity of the main crane is 1350 tons, and auxiliary crane’s lifting capacity is 600 tons.
