Mr. LYZLOV – ONH-HOLDING’s REGIONAL REPREZENTATIVE IN KAZAKHSTAN

Oleg Lyzlov is a new member of ONH-Holding team working as a Regional Representative in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  
His career is quite impressive with main achievements being the following: 

• 2014 – 2019, Refining Division Director, Director of Technical Development at KazMunajGaz AO NK. Ran the project for turnaround extension, namely to reach 3 years operation period and implemented TOPO-control system based on IBM MAXIMO, GE MERIDIUM, Asset Sentinel HONYWELL platforms and elaborated a complete package of Standards & Specifications for a longer turnaround period of operation.

• 2010 – 2014, Director of Refinery & Petrochemical Centre at Kazakh Oil & Gas Institution. As a General design contractor together with SINOPEC Ing (EPC Contractor) took part in bitumen engineering and construction.

• 2007 – 2010, managing Director of KazMunajGaz Trading House coordinating all three major Refineries in Kazakhstan. Took part in Kazakhstan Republic’s refinery evolution program, modified the process flow charts for the refining plants, was involved in EPC-contractors & licensed technology screening, and performed financial and economic model analyses for modification options. Took part as a supervising party in preliminary feasibility studies, feasibility studies and basic and detailed engineering.

• 1991 – 2007, Atyrau Refinery. Started his career as a reforming operator and was promoted to chief engineer of the plant. Beginning from 1998 together with Japanese companies, i.e. Marubeni & JGC and under the licenses of such companies as UOP & Axens was involved in plant modification technical documentation package as well as new units construction: gasoline & diesel fuel hydro-treatment, Hydrogen, Sulphur-derivatives production units, amine treatment unit, solids and biological treatment facilities.

• 1987 – 1991, engineer at Trest Orgneftekhimzavody, Voronezh. Took part in EP-300 pyrolysis complex commissioning in Sumgait and Tomsk.

Background:

• 2001 – 2003 University of National Economy, Moscow (distance learning). Additional qualification – Oil & Gas Business Manager

• 1982 – 1987 Kazan Institute of Chemistry & Technology, Crude Oil Faculty, Process Engineer of Basic Organic and Petrochemical Products.
