Within a relatively short period, a unique team of like-minders capable to face all extraordinary challenges was built.
Since that time, the Strategic Development Department has contributed much to the development of such ONH-Holding activities as technological consulting, concept design, analytical surveys, R&D activity and project expert support for the purpose of such promising areas as low-volume petrochemicals, mineral fertilizer production, green fuels & plastics, refinery, gas & petrochemical industry.
Since that time the Department has been successfully rendering its technical consulting services to PJSC TATNEFT n.a. Shashin V.D. being among of its key Customer. Besides above, SDD specialists on constant basis prepare analytical surveys for ONH-Holding group of companies regarding business diversification, provide expert support for internal industrial projects and take an active part in IP products promotion such as innovative technologies, inventions and software.
Among the dozen of projects implemented or under implementation by SDD specialists the following ones are considered as the most prominent:
- Combined fertilizer plant for INKO-TEK Agro Alabuga (Yelabuga, Republic of Tatarstan), to be launched within end 2019 - beginning 2020;
- Maleic Anhydride Production, TATNEFT’s perspective, under detailed engineering now, to be located at the site of Minibayevsk Gas Processing Plant;
- Preliminary concept design for gas & chemical production project and original process diagrams for the latter, the project is under realization by TATNEFT currently;
- Technical and commercial evaluations and methods to improve efficiency and capacity of Ammonij AO (Mendeleevsk, Republic of Tatarstan), which was patented afterwards in Russia;
- Concept design and technical & commercial support regarding biomass disposal with decomposition into 2nd generation bio fuels completely in line with the new RED-II Environmental Standards. Now, based on the provided concept the first unit is being constructed for rapid wooden & agricultural wastes pyrolysis;
