Obtainment of Rospatent certificate for PC software
ООО ONH-Holding received a state registration certificate for MEGAPLANT PC software. MEGAPLANT software package is intended for engineering calculations of complex multi-stage chemical processes in oil refining and petrochemical industry, adjustment, estimating and design calculations of various vessels and equipment. MEGAPLANT software package can be applied both during the design of new production facilities and modernization of the existing ones with the aim of their optimal operation. Use of the developed MEGAPLANT software package will allow automation of pre-design study stages, development and optimization of process diagram, optimal equipment arrangement, which will minimize work time expenditures, labor and financial resources.
At the present time, two modules are developed and tested for MEGAPLANT software package:
-“Flow” module, containing pure substances database and ensuring narrow fractional distillation (pseudo-components). The module is designed to calculate physical and chemical, as well as transport properties of formed mixtures;
-“Piping” module, enabling construction of geometrical arrangement for piping with fittings and hydraulic design with defining all the major characteristics (variation of pressure, temperature, flow velocity, etc.). The module’s uniqueness is in possibility to calculate transfer piping with the aid of implemented calculation methodology for liquid-vapor mixture time-dependent flow, which in particular, allows predicting impact waves presence in some areas and reconstructing geometry of transfer. Finally, pertinent transfer piping geometry will reduce facility’s power consumption.
- Earlier on 28.11.2016, ООО ONH-Holding received Rospatent certificate for PC “EPC BASIS (ИНКОСНА)”. Module 1. Conducting procurement procedure”. “EPC BASIS (ИНКОСНА)” is a system of functional modules, ensuring cooperation and coordination of the customer, design contractor, equipment vendors and construction companies with regard to organization of the entire cycle of procurement of equipment, materials and full products range required for facility construction.
