In 1971 graduated from Almetyevsk Gas Industry College with a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction.
In 1982 graduated from Kazan Engineering and Construction Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction.
In 1989 graduated from the Academy of National Economy of USSR cabinet with a degree in Economics, Management and Planning of National Economy.
